The Controller is responsible for communicating financial, operational, and strategic business insight to Managers/Supervisors. The Controller provides leadership and controls to assist in achieving scalability for rapid account growth, forecasting accuracy, and quality objectives.

Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence
- Support the Account Directors and report to the Commercial Business Partner with reporting relationship to supported companies’ administrators
- Communicate effectively with colleagues within the Business Unit and across the company so that information is disseminated effectively and participate in project groups and meetings as required
Ideal Candidate Experience
- 5+ years of financial management experience in a client interfacing role preferred
- Experience interfacing at all levels throughout an organization; private sector experience required
- Experience with job costing ERP system
- Experience in service industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Ability to communicate with all levels within a client’s management structure
- Good team player
- Able to command credibility and be able to influence
- Strong analytical excel skills required
Key Accountabilities
- Site level financial support to operations (to include reporting, financial variances, and cost expectations)
- Contractual Expert for the contract, to ensure compliance with client and contract requirements
- Conduct evaluations for cost reduction opportunities with site level variance reviews
- Monthly analysis of current month results as well as forward looking forecast to include a gap closing plan if necessary
- Assist CBP with the budget, estimate and forecasting processes by formulating strategic and long-term business plans
- Support global requests and reporting
- Assist in preparation of monthly business review presentations, attend BRM meetings along with CBP or in place of CBP in cases of conflicting scheduling
- Billing Confirmation (external)
- Cash collection meetings and reviews
- Monthly bridge reviews
- Client ad-hoc requests including detailed data requests and pricing
- Support audit requests
- Ensure compliance to accounting standards
- Special projects as needed
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Sitting at a computer for long periods of time, at least 90% of the time
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods

The annual salary range for this position is $120000 per year - $140000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range.
