Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the USPA account team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, accurate documentation, and timely communication. This role plays a critical part in supporting account leadership, enabling smooth business processes, and maintaining organization across multiple administrative functions.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating information, supporting reporting and documentation needs, and serving as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and partners. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Hourly Wage
ISS Guckenheimer offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 .
Work Hours
The work hours for this position may include afternoons, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence
- Supports the on-site account leadership team
- Collaborates with Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and Shared Services teams as needed
- Serves as a point of coordination between on-site teams and corporate support functions
- Communicates clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Promotes a positive, service-focused culture aligned with organizational values
Ideal Candidate Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous administrative or office support experience, preferably within operations, hospitality, or a service-based environment
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with internal systems a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Key Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support to the USPA account leadership team, including calendar coordination, document preparation, and meeting support
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in accordance with company standards
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks for account employees
- Support payroll, timekeeping, and invoicing processes by coordinating information and documentation
- Prepare reports, trackers, and summaries as requested by account leadership
- Coordinate internal communications, announcements, and updates for the account
- Support procurement and ordering processes, including tracking requests and maintaining records
- Assist with audits, compliance documentation, and data requests as needed
- Perform general office and administrative duties to support overall account operations
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of office materials
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
