Hourly Wage

Work Hours
The work hours for this position are approximately 5:00 am - 2:00 pm, Mon-Fri.

Key Purpose
- Set up, stock and maintain salad bar station and pantry program
- Assist with general cleaning and sanitation as assigned, including HACCP forms
- Maintain storage areas and equipment as assigned, help receive orders
- Deliver snack items, coffee and grab and go items to offsite building. Also set up and break down catered events
- Help Sous Chef as time allows to ensure a smooth operational flow.

Key Accountabilities
- Setup Health Bar and Breakfast bars correctly according to HACCP practices and wash pots and pans as needed, putting them away as them as directed
- Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
- Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and service areas as required
- Remove garbage as directed in a safe manner
- Performs other duties as assigned including food deliveries for catering and the pantry program.
- Must follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
- Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code
- Employee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
- There are 2-4 days per year that off hour parties require long days to accomplish
