Change Control Coordinator

The Opportunity

 

The Change Control Coordinator role, forms a key part within the Technical Services function in supporting and delivering a consistent control and assurance process, ensuring that all work activity across the Regional portfolio has been captured, assessed and all relevant documentation provided and in place prior to activity taking place.


Work with Client Corporate, Retail Portfolio Teams and Health & Safety to support the interface between Project works and the portfolio services infrastructure, including project implementation, delivery, documentation, and handover.


Provide supporting data and information for the Change Advisory Board (CAB) ensuring that the Client is provided with all applicable project works that create a physical change to a building (i.e. penetrate infrastructure). This include vetting of CAB submissions to ensure all criteria is met.

 

To ensure all applicable workstreams follow process governance and act as main point of contact between key stakeholders, including client, internal ISS operations team and Project leads.

 

The role will provide information and guidance, communicating and reporting on a frequent basis, responding and inputting into the system CAB requests, tracking and reporting progress to all Regional stakeholders.   


What you’ll do


  • Receive CAB forms & paperwork (reject if not complete)
  • Raise change requests on Tririga.
  • Assign CAB specific codes.
  • Maintain and update the CAB Tracker.
  • Manage data and information to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Track CAB forms to completion.
  • To build positive relationships with all stakeholders
  • To act upon feedback and requests
  • Keep line manager informed at all times.
  • Support Regional Authority boards through provision of data and information
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting
  • Support engagement across; Client, internal stakeholders and Risk Function.
  • Support further implementation of Project Hydra Process and technology platform.
  • Provide effective and structure communication to key stakeholders ensuring all activities with potential to impact the business are communicated in a timely manner.
  • Support and interface with site teams to ensure adherence to policy and procedure.
  • Review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements in support of CAB Requests
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • IT literate with an excellent understanding PowerPoint/Word/Excel
  • Good level of safety awareness
  • Able to act at all times in a professional manner to the benefit of the company and maintain confidentiality at all time
  • Project management mindset
  • Experienced operator with understanding of project management
  • Stakeholder management capability
  • Good systems and technology understanding 


Physical Demands & Work Environment 

 

  • Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods

  

ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $70000 per year - $88000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range.
