What You'll Do:

  • Innovate and Strategize: Develop cutting-edge executive compensation plans that attract, motivate, and retain high-caliber senior leaders.
  • Market Mastery: Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to ensure our compensation strategies remain competitive, equitable, and attractive.
  • Performance Driven: Align compensation packages with strategic goals, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory standards, proactively managing risks related to executive compensation.
  • Lead with Influence: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing insights, solutions, and strategic direction on complex compensation matters.
  • Global Coordination: Oversee our expatriate program, coordinating visa and immigration processes with global teams and legal counsel.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience as a compensation strategist.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful compensation programs and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical abilities, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements governing executive compensation.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field; Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and capability to influence at the highest organizational levels.

ISS offers full time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $100000.00  - $120000.00 . Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills, and may vary from the range listed above.
