Facilities Track
Step into an internship where design, operations, and well-being intersect. As a Facilities Intern, you'll help shape safe, efficient, and welcoming workspaces through quality control, thoughtful design, and operational support. You’ll gain hands-on experience in facility management by supporting daily operations, coordinating maintenance, and contributing to sustainability efforts. Interns will assist with inspections, documentation, inventory tracking, and safety audits, while also providing administrative and client-facing support. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and real-world project execution in a fast-paced facilities environment, preparing you for a dynamic career in facilities management.

Required Qualification
- Rising Senior pursuing a four-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Operations Management or related field or graduated with an associates/certificate/diploma in related field
Skills
- Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Self-motivated and hardworking
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Extended periods of walking or standing
- Must be able to lift/move/carry at least twenty-five pounds

This includes following safety protocols, maintaining environmental responsibility, and upholding quality standards in all tasks. Employees are expected to actively participate in HSEQ training and report any potential hazards or compliance concerns.
The annual salary range for this position is $43680.00 - $47840.00 . Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range.
