Finance Business Partner
Key Purpose
The Finance Business Partner provides critical, advanced knowledge, expertise, and support to the Division VP and Regional Operational Directors in all aspects of the commercial and financial management of the division. Additionally, the Finance Director will provide critical advanced knowledge, expertise, and support to the SVP and Regional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in all aspects of the commercial and financial management of the division.
Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence
- Support the Division VPs, Regional Operations Directors, Senior VPs, and Regional CFOs
- Communicate effectively with colleagues across the company so that information is disseminated effectively and participate in project groups and meetings as required
Ideal Candidate Experience
- Master’s degree or MBA is ideal; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
- 5+ years of financial management and advisement experience; ideal in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, Foodservice Management, or similar industry
- Experience interfacing at all levels throughout an organization
- OneStream Reporting and Hyperion Expertise is ideal
- IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) accounting principles and ability to assist with month-end close activities is required
- ICOFR (Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting) control process framework knowledge is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and deadline oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience at interfacing at all levels throughout an organization
- Able to command credibility and be able to influence.
- PC literate – understanding of how to use technology as a tool
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and own the budgeting, estimating, and forecasting process for the Division
- Responsible for commercial and financial ownership of pricing and proposal process
- Serve as an integral part of Company Cash Management Process
- Responsible for customer relationship management
- Utilize experience in the following in global public facility management industry: reviewing, analyzing, and identifying opportunities for improvements in key business processes in close collaboration with local management; preparing reports and business recommendations to local, regional, Group Management and Board; financial and commercial process framework; External and Internal Audit plan and collaboration audits in ensuring that audit recommendations are implemented adequately; functional oversight of internal auditors; and interface across the organization and cooperating with both senior management and finance functions in the subsidiaries
Utilize the following experience in the global public facility management industry:
- Financial reporting systems and process re-engineering
- Collaborating across the company, particularly with sales, operations, and business development Communicating at all levels of organization (from frontline supervisors to C Suite/Board of Directors) and serving as finance and accounting subject matter expert; Spearheading and managing multiple projects simultaneously specifically within financial and commercial process framework and focus
- OneStream Reporting and Hyperion
- IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) accounting principles and ability to assist with month-end close activities
- ICOFR (Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting) control process framework
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Sitting at a computer for long periods of time, at least 90% of the time
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods

The annual salary range for this position is $145000.00 per year - $176000.00 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range.
