Forklift Operator - Drive Efficiency with Precision and Safety!

We’re looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team and support the movement of goods across various operational areas. This role offers competitive pay and full-time benefits!


Hourly Wage  

ISS offers a competitive compensation package including Benefits, Paid Time Off, and a starting hourly salary of $15.75 per hour - $16.75 per hour


$500 Sign-On Bonus!


We’re now offering a $500 sign-on bonus for all new employees hired into this role between July 15, 2025, and December 31, 2025!


  • 50% ($250) will be paid after completing 30 days of employment
  • 50% ($250) will be paid after completing 6 months of employment

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Mon-Fri.


Your Impact


Material Handling & Equipment Operation:

  • Move controls, devices, and levers to drive forklifts and transfer materials between unloading, processing, loading, and storage areas.
  • Organize and secure stored materials such as bales, super sacks, boxes, and pallets.
  • Load or unload materials manually onto or off pallets, platforms, skids, or lifting devices.
  • Perform routine post and pre-inspections to ensure forklift equipment is in suitable working condition.
  • Weigh products or materials and record weight and production information on labels and tags.
  • Wrap material loads and maintain cleanliness of warehouse premises.
  • Perform related work as assigned.


Team Collaboration & Communication:

  • Support the team and report to the Key Account Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues within the Business Unit and across the company.
  • Participate in project groups and meetings as required.



Safety & Professionalism:

  • Comply with all company and government safety regulations and procedures.
  • Hold yourself and co-workers accountable for performing work safely.
  • Follow direction and instructions as provided by the supervisor.


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 1+ years of experience driving heavy equipment or forklifts.
  • Ability to operate in a high-speed, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

  • This position requires the use of a forklift. Forklift equipment may require a driver to sit or stand for extended periods of time, depending on circumstances
