GMP Manager
Key purpose
The GMP manager works with supervisors, GMP cleaning technicians, site managers, and key customers to ensure quality service and continuous satisfaction. The GMP Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and sustained operations of best-in-class technical cleaning and sanitation programs in GMP spaces, clean rooms, and other critical environments. The GMP Manager ensures that service delivery exceeds customer and regulatory requirements. This position supports technical and sanitization strategies, delivers training, and achieves positive financial results.

- Ideal candidate experience
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous GMP cleaning experience is required
- Able to read, write, understand directions and complete assigned tasks in English required
- Passion for customer service.

- Ability to communicate effectively with teammates
- Familiarity with methods used in cleaning of buildings, tools, and equipment in GMP spaces
- Ability to execute work schedules making the most efficient use of personnel
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced, high volume environment.
- Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment.

- Working knowledge of GMP documentation, ISO standards, FDA regulations, and corrective action procedures

- Communicating with tenant/customers in a professional manner, continuous inspections of quality levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to populate digital data systems to manage tasks and people
- Ability to attract, identify, and lead top talent
- Perform other duties that may be assigned.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals
- The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
- The noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.

- Long working hours
- Sitting at a computer for 50% of the time
- Walking/Inspecting the site 50% of the time
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $86000 per year - $106000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
