Hourly Wage
The hourly pay range for this position is $19.00 -$19.00 . Benefits are provided in accordance with the location’s Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Work Hours
The work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Key Purpose
The individual in this position is responsible for performing industrial cleaning services in mechanical spaces.

Ideal Candidate Experience
- No previous cleaning experience is required (although preferred)
- Understand that safety is a top priority and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment

Key Accountabilities
- Cleaning mechanical spaces including pipes walls, conduits, panels, vessels, and other equipment in the spaces
- Cleanup of small spills and ensure proper disposal
- Responsible for proper packaging of waste to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance
- Attend all compliance and safety update meetings
- Wear proper PPE for the associated tasks
- Operate man-lift and janitorial equipment
- Works in atmospheres with low clearances and at heights.
- Pressure washing exterior grounds and equipment

- Includes excessive walking, climbing stairs and the ability to lift heavy loads of 50 lbs
