Key Account Manager – Facilities Management Excellence!
Your Purpose:
As a Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of delivering high-quality, cost-effective facilities management services that align with our customer’s business strategy. You will drive operational excellence, inspire your team, and ensure compliance with ISS standards while fostering strong client relationships.

Collaboration & Influence:
- Lead weekly management team meetings, setting clear agendas and utilizing online collaboration tools
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, promoting the ISS culture
- Build strong relationships with local vendors, department leaders, and clients
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of general management experience in Facilities Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven leadership in managing large, diverse teams
- Passion for hospitality, innovation, and exceptional service experiences
- Strong coaching skills and commitment to workplace safety
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, enhance user experiences, and drive creativity
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience engaging with clients in both formal and informal settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver facilities services that meet or exceed all core program expectations
- Hire, train, and develop staff in compliance with corporate, client, and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records, budgets, and forecasts
- Establish clear communication channels for feedback and implement operational improvements
- Oversee procurement, inventory control, and supply chain processes
- Coach and appraise employees to drive performance
- Review budgets, financials, and unit performance with leadership
- Lead safety as a top priority for employees, customers, and clients
Physical Demands & Work Environment
· Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
· Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code
· Employee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods

The annual salary range for this position is $150000.00 per year - $160000.00 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the abovementioned range.
