Hourly Wage 

The hourly pay range for this position is $14.50 per hour - $15.50 per hour.


$500 Sign-On Bonus!


We’re now offering a $500 sign-on bonus for all new employees hired into this role between July 15, 2025, and December 31, 2025!


  • 50% ($250) will be paid after completing 30 days of employment
  • 50% ($250) will be paid after completing 6 months of employment

Work Hours 

The work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 10:00 am - 10:00 pm.


Key Purpose

The objective of the uniform and gowning technician is to ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and adhere to the customer’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while seamlessly suppling uniforms and gowning supplies to manufacturing areas.

Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence

  • Support the team, and report to the Maintenance Manager, additional support to Facility Manager
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues within the Business Unit and across the company so that information is disseminated effectively and participate in project groups and meetings as required

 

Ideal Candidate Experience

  • The ability to read and understand all revisions of applicable Customer & Employer assigned SOPs, policies, and procedures in English
  • The ability to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends, overtime, and special assignments as business needs require
  • Complete all training requirements for specific work areas
  • The ability to write English with good handwriting techniques
  • Ability to navigate a computer proficiently

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Safety is of utmost importance: Always use proper lifting techniques, wear PPE as required (safety shoes, safety glasses)
  • Walking surfaces may be wet, so caution and situational awareness must always be used
  • Work safely and notify your lead/supervisor of potential safety hazards and near misses
  • Accept and sort deliveries from the gowning company
  • Coordinate the delivery of required gowning items into the manufacturing areas (ISO-8/9)
  • Be able to push and pull tallboys from various locations
  • Be able to enter and update users in software for scrub dispensers
  • Reply to e-mails as required

 

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • The ability to lift 50 Lbs., work overhead, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
