Uniform and Gowning Technician – Support Cleanroom Excellence with Precision and Care!
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high standards in a cleanroom environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Uniform and Gowning Technician to ensure seamless delivery of gowning supplies and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role is essential to supporting manufacturing operations.
Hourly Wage
ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $14.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour.
$500 Sign-On Bonus!
We’re now offering a $500 sign-on bonus for all new employees hired into this role between July 15, 2025, and December 31, 2025!
- 50% ($250) will be paid after completing 30 days of employment
- 50% ($250) will be paid after completing 6 months of employment

Work Hours
The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 10:00 pm - 5:00 am.
Your Impact
Operational Excellence & Compliance:
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and align with customer GMP standards.
- Seamlessly supply uniforms and gowning materials to manufacturing areas.
- Accept and sort deliveries from the gowning company.
- Coordinate the delivery of gowning items into ISO-8/9 manufacturing areas.
- Enter and update users in software for scrub dispensers.
- Respond to emails as required.
Team Collaboration & Communication:
- Support the team and report to the Maintenance Manager, with additional support to the Facility Manager.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues across the Business Unit and company.
- Participate in project groups and meetings as required.
Safety & Professionalism:
- Always use proper lifting techniques and wear required PPE (safety shoes, safety glasses).
- Maintain situational awareness on potentially wet walking surfaces.
- Work safely and report potential hazards or near misses to your lead/supervisor.
What You Bring
- Ability to read and understand all revisions of applicable Customer & Employer-assigned SOPs, policies, and procedures in English.
- Ability to write in English with good handwriting techniques.
- Proficiency in navigating a computer.
- Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, overtime, and special assignments as needed.
- Completion of all training requirements for specific work areas.

Key Accountabilities
- Accept and sort gowning deliveries
- Deliver gowning items to ISO-8/9 areas
- Push and pull tallboys from various locations
- Update user data in scrub dispenser software
- Respond to emails and maintain communication
- Always prioritize safety and proper PPE usage
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- The ability to lift 50 Lbs., work overhead, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
