Hourly Wage

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 9:00 am- 5:30 pm.


Key Purpose

The Pantry Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory, organization, and distribution of food and supplies within a pantry or food storage facility. Their role involves maintaining stock levels, ensuring proper storage conditions, coordinating with suppliers, and managing a team to efficiently meet the needs of the organization or community they serve.

  • Work with the GM and Executive Chef on team programming and safety
  • Work with GM on duties assigned

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain product inventory to established levels
  • Day to day support of all fronts of the house and micro kitchen activities
  • Maintain contracted coffee program
  • Recognize products; accurately restock and rotate products
  • Smile, greet, & serve customers, making them feel welcome
  • Complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control
  • Display merchandise in an attractive manner
  • Maintain all MK areas in a neat, clean, and attractive manner
  • Label and display signs for all items
  • Other duties as assigned by management
  • Must follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents
  • Ensure that all MKs are restocked with adequate product throughout the day


Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
  • Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code
  • Employees must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
