Passenger Service Agent – Supervisor
Responsible for daily management and organization of passenger service operations.
Hourly Wage

Work Hours
The work hours for this position are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Principle Duties
- Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures set forth by ISS Facility Services, Customer Airline, Airport Authorities, and U.S. Customs
- Meet with customer on a regular basis
- Responsible for the preparation of the flight
- Ensure staff meet uniform standards
- Record flight information for billing reconciliation
- Submit shift reports
- Assist with operation where needed
- Examples of tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Being available during audits from customer airline and internal
- Mentoring new hires through OJT
- Understand and record employee availability
- ·Work directly with customer during Station Emergencies
- Operate a jetbridge
- Ensure aircraft doors closed and jetbridge pulled no later than 5 minutes before STD
- Ensure counter set up meets customer requirements
- Cash handling and recording
- Assign duties to agents
Requirements
- Pass an FBI background check for FIS clearance
Physical Demands
- Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
- Bending and twisting
- Standing for duration of shift
Work Environment
- Hearing Protection is required while on the ramp
- Exposure to all outside weather conditions
