Hourly Wage

The hourly pay range for this position is $25 per hour - $28 per hour. Benefits are provided in accordance with the location’s Collective Bargaining Agreement.

The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pest Control / Documentation Specialist to join our team. This onsite role combines fieldwork in pest management with administrative responsibilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience in pest control and strong organizational skills to manage documentation and reporting processes.

Pest Control Duties:

• Conduct inspections of commercial, or industrial properties to identify pest infestations.
• Monitor and maintain pest control equipment and supplies.
• Provide recommendations to clients on pest prevention and control strategies.
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, including service reports, chemical usage logs, and inspection findings.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to pest control and pesticide application.
• Prepare and submit required documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
• Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety data sheets (SDS).
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in pest control or environmental health is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in pest control or a related field.
• Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital record-keeping systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with compliance documentation in regulated industries (e.g., food production,
• healthcare).
• Knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) practices.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Combination of fieldwork and office-based tasks.
• May require lifting, bending, and exposure to chemicals.
• Occasional travel to different work sites.
