Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to assist in planning and coordinating construction projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a thorough understanding of the project process from planning to execution and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and initiation of project schedules and procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of projects.
- Ensure project activities comply with project plans and company policies.
- Communicate with project stakeholders, contractors, and other relevant parties to keep them informed of progress and any changes.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure work is done according to plan.
- Prepare, review, and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical reports.
- Identify and resolve any potential issues or roadblocks to the successful completion of the project.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Assist in closing out of completed projects, including finalizing paperwork, passing on warranty information, and facilitating project reviews.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in construction management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
- PMP or similar certification a plus
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Power Platform a plus

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Proactive and able to anticipate project needs and potential issues.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Remote work
- This role may require working on-site at construction locations, as well as in an office setting.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
- Come to work properly dressed according to the dress & safety codes
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
- Employee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
- Travel - 25% or less - may vary
ISS offers full time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $75000 per year - $85000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
