Key Purpose
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing quality assurance programs. This role ensures consistent implementation of best-in-class quality and compliance practices in alignment with regulatory standards and company policies. The Quality Assurance Manager collaborates with site managers, quality teams, and clients to ensure that all operations meet or exceed expectations. Reporting to the Director of Quality, this position plays a critical role in driving continuous improvement, supporting training initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence
- Serve as a mentor and guide for site managers and regional quality teams.
- Effectively communicate and interact with colleagues and team members to ensure accountability.
- Engage with colleagues at all levels to promote company culture.
- Develop relationships with department leads, clients, and stakeholders.
- Represent the quality function in client meetings and operational reviews.
- Ideal candidate will be skilled in influencing without authority and communicating complex concepts at all levels of an organization.
Ideal Candidate Experience
- 3 or more years of leadership experience in regulated industries preferred.
- 5 or more years of experience monitoring and overseeing quality assurance activities in a regulated environment, pharmaceuticals preferred.
- Auditing experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital quality management systems.
- Ability to develop and execute site-level quality strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide leadership and development for quality teams and programs.
- Ensure consistent training and support to site leaders and supervisors.
- Serve as project manager for regional quality initiatives.
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver refresher training as needed.
- Review and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Sitting at a computer for 40% of the time.
- Walking/Inspecting the site 60% of the time.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds.
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to manufacturing conditions.
- The noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.

The annual salary range for this position is $108800.00 - $133400.00 . Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range.
