Real Estate Transformation Project Manager

Key Purpose 

As the Real Estate Transformation Project Manager for Masterplans, you will play a pivotal role in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of ISS projects that are aligned with the customer's Masterplans for key locations. You will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are achieved, risks are effectively managed, and delivery aligns with strategic objectives.

Your expertise in Facilities Management and project delivery will be instrumental in coordinating activities throughout the design, operational readiness, and implementation phases. This role encompasses the management of interdependencies, facilitation of stakeholder engagement, and the provision of consistent reporting and communication throughout the program lifecycle.


Success Criteria  

  • Deliver all Masterplan program milestones on time and within budget.
  • Maintain high standards of operational excellence and compliance throughout all phases
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels, including C-suite
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all project activities
  • Provide accurate, timely reporting to senior management and client stakeholders
  • Manage resources and budgets efficiently to support change programmers
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across multi-site teams and partners

Key Accountabilities  

  • Provide support to the Program Director in the development and maintenance of Masterplan programmers that align with the client’s vision, timelines, and budgetary constraints
  • Collaborate with ISS operational teams to formulate business cases for the implementation of innovative and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
  •  Coordinate ISS contributions across multiple projects to ensure conformity with global standards and adherence to local requirements
  • Oversee day-to-day program activities, including scheduling, tracking milestones, and reporting progress on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
  •  Identify and escalate potential risks, issues, and dependencies, while proposing effective mitigation strategies
  • Engage in collaboration with internal teams (including Capital Projects, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts) and external partners (such as architects, suppliers, and project managers)
  •  Ensure operational readiness for physical relocations, as well as the resolution of any snagging and defects
  •  Contribute to the review of floor plans and ensure compliance with building flows and regulatory standards
  • Uphold high standards of delivery and operational excellence throughout all processes
  •  Manage the associated project budgets effectively
  •  Ensure ownership of key stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
  •  Oversee the management of additional resources required for change programmers, including Change Project Managers
  • Conduct case studies and reviews of lessons learned
  •  Collaborate with Barclays to implement the Workplace Experience Strategy across the corporate estate

 

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Employee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
  • Expected to be available to customers during peak periods

ISS offers full time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $140000  - $160000 . Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
