Regional Facility Coordinator
Key Purpose
The Regional Facility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities and resources across multiple geographically dispersed sites in support of daily operations and projects that impact various, departments, systems, and workflows with moderate to high risk and complexity. The Regional Service Coordinator works with multiple stakeholders to ensure account operations are conducted in accordance with approved operating guidelines and within budget. The Regional Service Coordinator will administer and generate purchase orders, conduct reconciliation, reporting, and billing for payments, monitor on-site material reception, schedule preventative maintenance, respond to urgent maintenance calls, participate in the creation of emergency preparedness plans and oversee/coordinate FMS compliance.

Ideal Candidate Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in facility management
- Microsoft Office - Advanced Outlook, Excel, Word
- Knowledge of Facilities Software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with a budget
- Ability to read and understand standard business documentation (e.g. contract language)
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and team building skills
- Proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously and under tight schedules
- Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment
- Travel requirements: 15%
Key Accountabilities
- Generate purchase orders, conduct reconciliation, develop reports and ensure accurate billing for payments in support of multiple Facility Managers (FM) and sites throughout a geographical region.
- Monitor preventative maintenance schedules in conjunction with site teams and ensure urgent maintenance calls are dispatched per priority matrix guidelines
- Coordinate daily requirements, and requests to operate and facilitate services for the company across multiple sites.
- Communicates operating philosophy, objectives, and expectations in a continuing effort to build the site teams.
- Maintains open lines of communication with customer, alliance partners, and operations mangers.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards.
- Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks of all sites involved in the project.
- Ensure coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines within Operations, to include KPI compliance measures.
- Code invoices for approval to correct cost centers and process for payment across multiple sites.
- Work with vendors on inquiries and payment issues
- Support the processing and application of weekly payroll tasks
- Minimal travel required
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Sitting at a computer for up to 100% of the time
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods

The annual salary range for this position is $60000 per year - $80000 per year pay Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
