Work Hours
The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Key Purpose
The Regional Systems Administrator position will perform general administrative and accounting duties, process vendor accounts payable invoices, update budgetary and other financial trackers, and other related functions. This position will support payroll functions process payroll, and assist with payroll issues for our regional facilities support time. This position may also be called upon to perform general office responsibilities for multiple sites.

- Computer skills: Being proficient in computers is essential, as most of the duties of an accounts payable specialist are performed using computer software.
- Attention to detail: You will be required to analyze reports and be able to pay attention to minor accounting details, data, and expenses.
- Communication skills: Since you will be working with suppliers directly, you must have good listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Processing vendor or supplier Accounts Payable invoices are paid timely, which supports critical business operations, in such a way as to meet and exceed the company's objectives by performing the following duties.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely mailing of vendor payments and maintaining vendor files in an accurate, timely and orderly manner.
- Responds to vendor inquiries regarding payment schedules.
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
- Monitor company expenditures, including invoices, statements, and bills.
- Prepare monthly reports and periodic analyses of accounts.
- Collaborate with other members of the operations and finance teams
- Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, vendors, and peers so information is disseminated successfully.
Required skills and qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Superb time management skills and detail orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Work with GM and Executive Chef on team programming and safety
- Work with GM on duties assigned
