Your Impact:

Innovative Compensation Strategy:

  • Design and implement compelling senior leader compensation plans that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Conduct thorough market benchmarking and analysis, ensuring our compensation packages remain competitive and equitable.

Performance and Compliance Leadership:

  • Align senior leader compensation strategies closely with business objectives, promoting a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards, mitigating risks effectively.

Policy and Process Excellence:

  • Develop clear and consistent compensation policies covering base pay, incentives, and variable pay programs.
  • Lead job architecture projects, salary structuring, and career progression initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.

Influential Leadership & Communication:

  • Act as the primary resource for senior management on all executive, corporate, and equity compensation matters.
  • Manage global expatriate programs, coordinating closely with international teams and immigration counsel.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in executive or senior leader compensation.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence at senior organizational levels.
  • Expert analytical skills, strategic vision, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in executive compensation.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related discipline; CCP certification a plus.

ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $170000 per year - $200000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range.
