Senior ServiceNow Administrator
Key Purpose
The Senior ServiceNow Administrator plays a critical role in leading the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This individual ensures the stability and scalability of ServiceNow applications, provides technical leadership to junior administrators, and works closely with stakeholders to align the platform with business needs. The Senior Administrator also identifies opportunities for automation and process improvement using ServiceNow’s capabilities.

Ideal Candidate Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ore equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); advanced certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist)
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and ITIL processes
- Familiarity with CSM, SOM, S2P modules
- Proven experience in scripting using JavaScript and ServiceNow’s proprietary language
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
- Oversee upgrades and ensure platform stability through rigorous testing and documentation
- Act as a subject matter expert for all ServiceNow functionality
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior ServiceNow administrators and support staff
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and internal governance standards
- Support the development and management of integrations with other tools and platforms
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Sitting at a computer for long periods of time, at least 90% of the time
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods

The annual salary range for this position is $106000.00 - $128000.00 . Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
