Spa Attendant
Key Purpose
As a Spa Attendant, you’ll be the welcoming face of the spa experience! From greeting guests with warmth and professionalism to checking them in, answering their questions, and ensuring the reception area is spotless, you’ll help create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for their visit.
Hourly Wage
ISS Guckenheimer offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.48 .
Work Hours
The work hours for this position may include afternoons, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Ideal Candidate Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred
- Proven track record of providing stellar support to customers
- Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment
- Strong computer proficiency skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrates great interpersonal skills
- Creates and builds positive and productive relationships
Key Accountabilities
- Greet guests and confirm their reserved treatments or services
- Answer phones and make or alter reservations as necessary
- Explain the various services and treatments to
- guests, recommending those best suited to their needs or desires
- Receive payments and assist guests with billing questions
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels throughout spa facility, and reorder as required
- Maintain cleanliness around reception area and other spa facilities
- Observe our customer’s company culture, employee behavior, and the environment to identify experiential needs
- Drive positive experience outcomes for our customer that help improve well-being, engagement, and productivity
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting and walking
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
- May be exposed to heat, cold, humidity, and other weather conditions
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
