Senior Director of Talent Attraction & Acquisition

 

 

Key Purpose

 

The Director of Talent Attraction & Acquisition (TA) will be responsible for developing and driving the Talent Attraction strategy across ISS North America, by providing innovative solutions to attract, recruit and hire in an incredibly challenging and dynamic market. With a focus on proactive and innovative candidate attraction via our EVP, sourcing, diverse partnerships, and identifying passive candidates, this role will steer efforts in attracting qualified candidates for all positions and maximize the return on investment of recruiting expenses. A successful candidate will bring a robust understanding attraction, digital marketing and social media, the full life-cycle of attracting and recruiting top caliber candidates, bring creative solutions to employee value propositions for a wide variety of roles, and bring funnel management, ability to determine ROI of recruiting efforts, and identify innovative ways to capture passive candidates. 

 

 Success Criteria

 

  • Secure a sustainable state of the art Talent Acquisition Strategy and Model for sourcing, securing, and recruiting talent.
  • Secure a high candidate satisfaction
  • Create innovative candidate attraction strategies, including external partnerships to create new candidate pipelines, career progression, and comp design.
  • Facilitate the right recruitment process for leaders by educating on best in class candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture (HR) and Marketing to strengthen the Employer Brand of ISS making us the preferred employer in a world of opportunity.
  • Continuously improve the utilization of AI solutions to optimize the recruitment life cycle.

 

Ideal Candidate Experience 

 

  • 10 + years of experience with full lifecycle Corporate Recruiting, including, but not limited to: Candidate Sourcing & Assessment, Job Analysis, Wage & Salary Trends, and Strategy 
  • Strong track record of continuously improving tools such as ATS’ and AI Solutions 
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing a creative, metrics-driven, consultative service-oriented recruiting strategy 
  • Experience with efficient utilization of candidate sourcing tools 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with no hesitation of networking, and public speaking 
  • BA/BS Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred 

  

 Physical Demands & Work Environment 

 

  • Long working hours 
  • Sitting at a computer for 50% of the time 
  • Must be able to travel (20%) 
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds 
  • Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods 

 

ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $171000 per year - $230000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range.
