Your Impact

As the Technical Manager, you will serve as the senior technology leader supporting facility services for a high-profile client with a diverse portfolio of real estate and building types—including broadcast studios, Class A high-rise offices, and customer-facing environments . You'll oversee the implementation, optimization, and long-term performance of critical technology platforms while partnering closely with operations, client leadership, and corporate technology teams.

You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to ensure technology becomes a competitive advantage for both ISS and our client.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the technology workstream during account mobilization and ongoing operations
  • Oversee implementation, stabilization, and optimization of enterprise technology platforms
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of:
  • ServiceNow (WSD, EAM and/or FSM)
  • Zan Compute
  • Power BI
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team
  • Serve as the primary technology advisor for client leadership
  • Deliver actionable business intelligence and executive reporting through Power BI
  • Support field operations with innovative digital workflows and automation
  • Align technology initiatives with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and operational objectives
  • Establish governance, documentation, support models, and best practices
  • Identify technology risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the account

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a collaborative technology leader who thrives in fast-paced service environments and enjoys solving complex operational challenges.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience leading technology teams within service delivery or facilities management environments
  • Hands-on, player-coach leadership style
  • Multi-site operational technology experience
  • Enterprise system implementation and mobilization experience
  • Strong executive stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building, mentoring, and developing technical teams
  • Understanding of operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
  • Experience with ServiceNow (WSD, EAM and/or FSM)
  • Knowledge of Zan Compute technology preferred
  • Experience developing dashboards and reporting in Power BI preferred
  • CMMS or Enterprise Asset Management experience
  • Facilities Management, Integrated Facility Management (IFM), or contract services experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • ServiceNow and/or Power BI certifications preferred
  • Experience in movie, production and broadcast studios

ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $114000.00  - $139000.00 . Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the abovementioned range.
