Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. AI-Driven Innovation & Strategy
- Disruption & Co-Creation: Partner and co-create with industry disruptors to identify and pilot AI, Machine Learning, and Cognitive Computing applications that offer transformative workplace experiences
- Operational Optimization: Wield advanced statistical and analytical skills to develop predictive models, anticipating food service operational trends (e.g., demand forecasting, waste) and optimizing resource allocation (e.g., predictive labor analysis/0-based manning)
- Innovation Roadmap: Develop, strategize, and plan new interventions by identifying key areas for innovative transformation within the food service journey (prior to, during, and after visiting sites)
- -Senior Influence: Communicate and present new ideas and data-driven approaches to high level stakeholders, translating complex data into pragmatic, actionable recommendations
2. Food Service Technology & Execution
- Supply Chain & ESG: Develop tools that connect Food Loss and Waste (FLW) to menu development (including allergen management) and procurement, better informing and efficiently managing the food service supply chain
- Technical Prototyping: Lead the rapid development and initial deployment of AI solutions for specific food service assignments, ensuring responsible practices align with market trends and stakeholder expectations
- Efficiency Modeling: Craft intricate business efficiency models and leverage advanced data analysis to enhance and improve food systems, contributing to long-term competitiveness
- User Experience: Ideate, prototype, and develop tools that drive user experience, predicting sentiment and using technology to enable best-in-class programs
Ideal Candidate Experience & Technical Skills
The ideal candidate has a combination of technology and business acumen. They should possess 8–12 years of corporate experience, combining both technology and business, marketing, or finance-related fields, with 3–5 years of experience in a management position. They are a self-starter motivated by navigating some amount of uncertainty. They are able to test, learn, and build their way into a strategic roadmap and are able to be both hands-on and strategic.
Technical Expertise
- A solid foundation in statistics and data analysis is essential, as is a strong understanding of tools ranging across RPA, AI, machine learning, and cognitive computing. The Solutions Architect must possess expertise leveraging Machine Learning (ML) algorithms and techniques, including the ability to build a solid data foundation that can be leveraged through predictive models, recommendation systems, and sentiment analysis tools
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and advanced data visualization
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace is required, including hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Big Query, and Dataflow for machine learning model development and deployment, as well as collaboration and reporting

- Experience in project planning and budgeting for technology initiatives
- Demonstrated experience driving efficiencies and/or growth through innovation in large enterprise is an expectation of this role
