Hourly Wage
The hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.50 .
Work Hours
The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Bilingual (Spanish/ English) is preferred.
Assignment Duration: This is a temporary role with an expected end date of December 31st, 2026 (this date may change due to business needs).
No benefits or paid time off are offered with this role.
Key Purpose
The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative and customer service support to internal Hiring Managers, Recruiters and external candidates in an effort to guide and to help resolve any system-related challenges during the hiring process. He/She/They assist with creating job requisitions, online application status changes, Form I9 verifications, internal procedures to complete the hiring process.

Ideal Candidate Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of work experience; Service or Call Center experience is ideal
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and/or ATS is essential; knowledge of Paradox, SuccessFactors, JDE, or similar is ideal
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Collaborative, yet able to work independently
- Knowledge of Facilities Management (FM), Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Food Services, Restaurants, or similar industries preferred
- Bilingual (English, Spanish) preferred
Key Accountabilities
- Assist hiring managers with issue related to:
- Provide support for hiring and onboarding through the HRIS
- Assist with education and training on system processes
- Background check initiation
- Background check status updates
- E-Verify TNC case follow up and closure
- ATS systems support
- Assist applicants with online application issues and follow up
- Monitor ‘Careers’ voicemail and email
- Oversee paperwork compliance for new hires
- Support Desk assistance via Happy Fox system
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- This is a hybrid position, mainly remote with some in office workdays
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
