MK Attendant/Driver – PM Position  


Hourly Wage   

ISS Guckenheimer offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $27.40  - $27.40 .  Benefits are provided in accordance with the location’s Collective Bargaining Agreement. 


 Work Hours    

The work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 9:00 pm - 6:00 am.   

 

Enjoy working with food and making people’s day a little better? Join Guckenheimer as a Micro Kitchen Attendant / Food Delivery Driver. You’ll bring freshly prepared food from our production kitchen to nearby micro kitchens, then stock, present, and maintain inviting spaces where guests can grab a meal, snack, or coffee. 

This is a hands-on food service role that combines scheduled deliveries with food handling, merchandising, and guest service. 


Key Purpose 

Deliver prepared food safely and on schedule while keeping assigned micro kitchens clean, stocked, and welcoming throughout the PM shift. 


Success Criteria 

  • Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to serve. 
  • Make guests feel welcome with friendly, helpful service. 
  • Keep food and beverages fresh, well presented, and available. 
  • Follow food safety, temperature control, and safe driving procedures. 
  • Communicate with your team and ask for support when needed. 


Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence 

  • Partner with the Chef, Front of House Manager, Catering Manager, and kitchen team to keep service running smoothly. 
  • Build positive relationships with guests, teammates, and delivery vendors. 
  • Share updates about inventory, deliveries, and guest needs. 
  • Put safety and hospitality at the center of your work. 


Ideal Candidate Experience 

  • Food service, catering, hospitality, or similar experience preferred. 
  • Comfortable handling prepared food and maintaining food service areas. 
  • Valid state driver’s license and a clean, safe driving record. 
  • At least 18 years old. 
  • Reliable, organized, and able to follow a scheduled route. 
  • Friendly communicator who stays calm and helpful during busy periods. 


Key Accountabilities 

  • Transport prepared food from the production kitchen to assigned sites on a scheduled route. 
  • Safely handle, stock, and rotate food and beverages. 
  • Complete required HACCP records and temperature checks. 
  • Keep micro kitchens and coffee stations clean, organized, and fully stocked. 
  • Present products attractively and maintain accurate labels and signage. 
  • Monitor inventory and communicate replenishment needs. 
  • Welcome guests and provide helpful service. 
  • Follow safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned. 
  • Additional duties as assigned  


Physical Demands & Work Environment 

  • Stand and move throughout a shift of up to eight hours, excluding breaks. 
  • Lift at least 25 pounds. 
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods. 
  • Wear the required uniform, name tag, and nonslip shoes.
