What You'll Do:
- Create Memorable Experiences: Develop and execute inspiring, personalized workplace experiences and events such as wellness programs, cultural celebrations, service recognitions, and team-building activities.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner closely with various service lines including Catering, Meetings & Events, Audiovisual, Facilities, and Front of House to deliver seamless experiences.
- Drive Engagement: Use your creativity and insight to tailor spaces for different types of teamwork, workshops, and events, promoting increased collaboration, inspiration, and productivity.
- Community Building: Connect deeply with clients, colleagues, and the local community, building meaningful relationships and fostering a dynamic workplace culture.
- Strategic Planning: Manage event planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure each activity aligns with client goals, maximizes engagement, and meets quality standards.

Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Facility Management, Event Management, Hospitality, or a similar role.
- Strong planning, budgeting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Sitting at a computer for 50% of the time
- Walking/inspecting the site 50% of the time
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods

ISS offers full time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $65000 per year - $70000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
