What You’ll Do:
- Oversee front-of-house and concierge teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Conduct regular floor inspections to maintain operational and service excellence
- Partner with food services, facilities, and event teams to execute flawless meetings, events, and conferences
- Recruit, train, coach, and recognize team members to foster a culture of hospitality
- Lead site tours for clients, guests, and stakeholders
- Drive new processes, service improvements, and memorable workplace experiences
- Coordinate logistics for pop-ups, events, and special activations
- Ensure client satisfaction through strong relationships and proactive communication

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in front-of-house, hospitality, or corporate services leadership (hotel management a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and influence stakeholders
- Proven customer service track record with a passion for exceeding expectations
- Tech-savvy with strong computer and scheduling skills
- Experience managing vendors, events, and outsourced services
- Team player who thrives under pressure and delivers with excellence
Work Environment:
- Onsite leadership role
- 50% desk-based, 50% floor/site inspections
- Ability to lift at least 10 lbs. and perform duties in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

The annual salary range for this position is $93000.00 - $114000.00 . Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
